Who we are
Offprint BV, Vlaanderenstraat 41, 9000 Ghent, Belgium. Contact: hello@img.astralon.ru.
What we collect
When you write to us through a form, we receive the name and email address you give us and your message. Contributors also send us pictures and, after approval, bank details for payment. When you buy a licence, we keep the invoice details: name, billing address, VAT number if you have one, and what you bought.
Why and how long
We use this to reply, to issue invoices and licence sheets, and to pay contributors. Messages that lead to nothing are deleted after twelve months. Invoices are kept for seven years, as Belgian accounting law requires. Rejected contributor submissions are deleted after three months.
Who sees it
The people at Offprint who need it, our bookkeeper, and our payment and email providers within the European Union. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
Your rights
You can ask us to show, correct or delete your data, or to limit how we use it. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
