Using this site
You may browse the site and view previews for your own reference. Please do not copy images from the site into a project without buying a licence for them, or checking the licence in the credit line beneath the picture.
Licences
When you buy a licence, you agree to the terms summarised on the licensing page and printed on the licence sheet that comes with the file. If the two ever differ, the licence sheet applies.
Prices and payment
Prices are in euros or US dollars and exclude VAT, which we add where it applies. Payment is due on receipt of invoice unless we agreed otherwise.
Refunds
If a file is damaged, or is not the image shown, we will replace it or refund you in full. Because a downloaded licence cannot be returned, we do not refund because you changed your mind after downloading.
Contributors
Contributors confirm that they took the pictures they send, that no person is identifiable in them and that nothing in them infringes anyone else's rights. We may remove any picture if we receive a credible complaint.
Liability
We take care with captions and metadata, but we do not promise that a picture is suitable for a given purpose. Our liability for any one licence is limited to the price you paid for it, to the extent the law allows.
Law
Belgian law applies. Disputes go to the courts of Ghent, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim at home.
